Wire mesh filter discs are precision filter screens processed from high quality woven metal wire meshes (mainly ss), used widely for in polymer melt and extrusion systems. Stainless steel mesh discs offer excellent durability, chemical resistance, and stable filtration performance.

General Technical Information

Processing:
Production involves flattening and leveling the woven wire mesh, then precision punching into disc shapes, trimming and deburring the edges. Edge treatment options including plain edge non framed, spot welding, adding frames or sleeves to meet specific application requirements.
